Bishop Agnelo Gracias, the Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Jalandhar, inaugurated the “Wall of Kindness” at TRINITY COLLEGE, Jalandhar. The wall of kindness is a charity work phenomenon and a kind of welfare, usually done by attaching cloth hangers from outside of houses; those encourage people to donate miscellaneous useful things such as winter clothing. Keeping in mind the same concept, the Economics Department of TRINITY COLLEGE, Jalandhar initiated this concept. Trinity College affiliated to GNDU, is the only college run by Christian community in the city of Jalandhar and in fact whole of the district of Jalandhar. It imparts quality higher education to hundreds of young men and women who pass out of its portals year after year. Rev. Msgr. Daniel Gill, the Vicar General of the Diocese, Rev. Msgr. Xavier Thazhathuveettil, the Chairman of the Commission for Education, Rev. Fr. Jose Sebastian, the Chancellor, Rev. Fr. Thomas Mathew Keeprath, Rev. Fr. Peter Kavumpuram, the Director of the College and many fathers, sisters, teachers, students and well wishers were present to grace the occasion. Bishop Agnelo Gracias, the Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Jalandhar congratulated Rev. Fr. Peter Kavumpuram, the Director of the College and the entire staff for their initiative to help the poor ones of the society.
